Cardio Kickboxing for Women

This is a Womens Group workout.

These classes are performed on mats. Mat shoes(wrestling shoes or new/unworn tennis shoes) are to be worn during class times. Bare feet or socks are also acceptable. No outside shoes are allowed on the mats.
